Northwest Balcones Neighborhood Park

We hosted an outdoor chess event at the Northwest Balcones Neighborhood Park on 10/9/23. This event mainly consisted of casual play, but we also provided mate-in-1, mate-in-2, and mate-in-3 tactics for anyone who wanted to challenge themselves.

Kalia also accepted challenges for G25d5 games; those who beat her would receive a $10 cash prize. Five players challenged and played a total of six games against her. Kalia won all six.

A total of 16 players participated in this event.
